The Service Manager will oversee the service department, ensuring timely leak repairs, accurate roof inspections, estimates, and strong customer follow‑up while driving sales of repair work and growing the department.
- Schedule and manage service crews for roof leak repairs.
- Inspect roofs, prepare estimates, and conduct customer follow‑up.

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Service Manager in the Baton Rouge, LA area. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with professional integrity, strong work ethic, and competitive drive.
- Minimum 5 years roofing/construction experience.
- At least 3 years customer service experience.
- Proven sales experience with strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage time, build relationships, and follow up effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; valid driver’s license.
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, foam, metal, acrylic, or shingles is a plus.
