The Property Operations Lead (Housekeeping Supervisor) acts as the on‑site facilitator of every guest experience at the Jackson Ave building, ensuring public spaces and individual units meet Kasa brand standards through regular inspections. Responsibilities include unit cleanliness and condition inspections, directing housekeeping staff, maintaining supply inventory, reporting maintenance issues, creating pre‑arrival “Magikal Moments,” handling guest requests and complaints, and enhancing VIP experiences.
Key objectives include driving higher guest satisfaction and company metrics by identifying on‑site issues, maintaining supply inventories, and participating in preventative maintenance. Additional goals focus on productivity through brand‑standard inspections, data collection, and reducing after‑hours calls.
Successful candidates think like owners, are tech‑savvy, handy with basic repairs, and excel in quality‑control leadership. They are reliable, collaborative, smooth problem‑solvers, change agents, and process‑oriented, consistently delivering operational and experiential improvements.
The role requires regular access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
Kasa is the leading tech‑enabled hotel and apartment‑hotel brand, operating a hospitality operating system that boosts asset profitability while delivering a high‑quality, digitally forward guest experience. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique properties to provide stylish, professionally managed accommodations for business and leisure travelers. By combining the best of hotels and short‑term rentals, we create a well‑priced, reliable class of hospitality with many great locations.
The role follows a business‑needs‑driven schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays; while not on‑call 24/7, the employee may receive emergency calls and is compensated with at least two hours of overtime pay for after‑hours work.
The starting base pay ranges from $22.69 to $25.00 per hour, contingent on business needs, market demand, experience, and unique attributes, with potential eligibility for equity, bonuses, perks, and Kasa Travel Credits.
Benefits include Kasa Travel Credits for free stays and discounted nights for friends and family, a 401(k) plan with 100 % match on the first 3 % of salary, generous paid time off that increases with tenure, comprehensive health coverage with fertility benefits, and additional perks such as Wi‑Fi and home‑office stipends.
