  • Collaboration closely with engineers across the business to define needs and requirements, whilst working as part of a global team of technology specialists delivering solutions to the business.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and standards
  • Innovation - working closely with vendors and technology providers to implement robust services within Arup that improve project delivery and align with business needs.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining and managing our core AEC engineering application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble, with a specific focus on their integration between disciplines and defined EDMS and CDE solutions.

  • Prior working experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • A good understanding of the Design, implementation and operation of EDMS and CDE systems
  • As a Systems Analyst within the TSS team, specialising in BIM delivery, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Common Data Environment (CDE) Services, you will implement, support, and maintain the infrastructure and applications crucial for the lifecycle management of project documents, models, and data. ISO 19650 being integral to project delivery.
  • Working knowledge of ISO19650 and other international industry standards
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to providing solutions that meet changing business requirements
