The Powder Coater position is based in North Hollywood, CA and involves coating and sandblasting steel and stainless‑steel components, fixtures, enclosures, and other items used in WET’s water features.
Work is performed in a manufacturing plant where employees encounter noise, dust, temperature extremes, and odors, and may be required to work overtime.
- Apply powder coating and sandblasting to steel, stainless steel parts, fixtures, enclosures, and related items.
- Operate powder‑coating tools and equipment safely and proficiently.
- Follow directions, procedures, and work instructions, including reading basic drawings.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to quality, safety, and environmental programs.
- Collaborate professionally with team members at all organizational levels.
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance and work overtime as assigned.
- Work in a manufacturing plant with exposure to noise, dust, temperature extremes, and odors.
