Prepare and maintain accurate work records, supporting project delivery and ensuring materials are available to meet timeframes
Apply for access authorities and perform switching, isolating, earthing & restoration of plant
Installation of complex protection schemes, instrumentation and energy metering schemes and controls, alarms and SCADA systems
Provide technical support on secondary systems and schemes (protection, instrumentation, metering, SCADA, controls, alarms)
Coordinate and conduct testing activities with internal and external stakeholders, including performing diagnostic testing, maintenance and repair on protection, control, metering and secondary systems equipment

Requirements

Proven ability to produce technical reports, verify work evidence, and close out job packs
Current Australian driver’s licence
Advanced Diploma of ESI – Power systems or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated ability to interpret drawings, settings and technical documentation
Experience with protection, metering, control or SCADA schemes in live network environments
