Provides innovative solutions for energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors globally.
The Senior Reliability Engineer (SRE) applies a wide variety of reliability techniques across diverse industries and client organizations, managing projects from inception to delivery to meet customer expectations. The role involves leading and influencing fellow engineers and consultants, acting as an advisor, coach, and trainer in reliability methods, and actively engaging in business development.
The SRE demonstrates leadership by creating multiple options to achieve optimal outcomes, fostering behaviours that enhance team success, and independently evaluating and adapting standard techniques and procedures. Working on multiple moderate‑size projects or portions of major projects, the engineer collaborates on multidisciplinary teams and brings broad knowledge of specific practice areas.
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have at least five years of experience in a maintenance or reliability role within mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing. They must possess hands‑on experience with reliability methods, data extraction and analysis, project management—including timelines, deliverables, and budgets—and team coaching. Strong presentation skills, effective written and verbal communication across all levels, and, preferably, CRE or CAMA2 certification are also required.
