Resolution of customer disputes including liaison with other areas of the business as necessary
Pro-active management of outstanding jobs – order, service and callouts
Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the key customers including intelligent decision making
Build professional business relationships with designated customer including courtesy communication
Work closely with several Account Directors to manage day to day client expectations
Management of visit reports and quotations
Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly/annually KPI information

A natural communicator, with an ability to build rapport with our customers and your colleagues
Organisation and prioritise of own workload
Solution focused – Strive to understand and resolve potential issues whilst working to SLA’s/Deadlines
Solid IT literacy – Including strong, demonstratable Excel skills, you will be responsible for producing reports
Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively – You’ll be working with a number of customers at any one time
