Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you will lead on critical projects—starting with the transformation of our rostering and resourcing function—and support the broader modernisation of the organisation.
You will be responsible for turning vision into action—embedding new ways of working, processes, and systems, and building internal capability for change in a business that currently lacks experienced change leaders.
A clear strategy and change programme are in place, and we are now seeking an experienced Change Manager to help us deliver this transformation effectively across the business.
