Process and procedure updates & or creation to meet project or sustainment deliverables.
Collection and tracking of project documentation, deliverables and CIP evidence such as PKM/PACS design approvals, Change Request Checklists, to ensure project meets NERC compliance requirements across all impacted sites.
Assist with end user communications, change management, general inquiries, and sustainment documentation for impacted sites and workers.
Performing data analysis and reporting.
Project support for CIP-003, CIP-04 and CIP-006 changes occurring within SEM NERC CIP physical security projects and sustainment activities.

Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
Previous experience in regulatory compliance or audit and/or assurance reviews is a must-have.
Identification, verification & tracking of pre-requisite (PRAs, CIP-100 Awareness) for workers requiring new or modified access in Suresite at impacted sites.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8 years of strategic business analysis experience or equivalent. (Ideally looking for a SME with SharePoint administration skillset)
Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network.
Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
Candidates in this role will be working a Hybrid work schedule of 2 days in the office is a must.
Proven experience working with Visio, SharePoint, and shared mailboxes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Technical IT experience to assist with CIP-005, CIP-007 & CIP-010 for cyber asset/systems evidence collection.
