This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible)
Title research experience (courthouse or online)
Tech-savvy – Excel/spreadsheet proficiency required
Must have an active LLC
Michigan-based candidates preferred, but open to strong researchers in nearby states willing to travel
Strong attention to detail and comfort with historical deed language
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for courthouse research across Michigan
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and familiar with title work, particularly researching recorded agreements filed by other renewable developers. While most of the work (70–80%) can be done remotely, you must be willing and able to travel to courthouses statewide for in-person research as needed.
