Manage a large team of staff, full and part time, agency workers and trainees by supporting and managing the Team Leaders in the supervision of operational service delivery
Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are applied, and that risk assessments and checks are undertaken to ensure a safe working environment, including the maintenance and repair of all equipment, tools and vans
Deal with and resolve day to day staffing issues and concerns, including staff performance reviews, check ins, sickness, any disciplinary concerns
Provide information in report form and assist in planning and developing work plans and procedures
Provide an efficient and effective service to customers, ensuring that Incommunities requirements, specifications standards, compliance and frequencies are met, through the efficient and effective deployment of labour, vehicles, machinery, plant, tools and contractors
Provide mentoring and training to new and existing staff as required
