Critical Operations Technicians

Description

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and contribute to technical documentation and training materials.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls within SLA timeframes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems, PLCs, networking, and cooling equipment.
• Deliver installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance services for liquid cooling systems.

• Ability to read schematics, work with 124/208VAC and 48VDC, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel extensively and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electro-mechanical equipment, controllers, sensors, and actuators.
• 5+ years in field service or technical support roles.
• Experience in data center environments is required.
• Background in liquid cooling systems or mission-critical infrastructure is a plus.
• Associate degree or technical certification in IT hardware or related discipline.
