  • Maintain a comprehensive interface register to track and manage all interface points
  • Act as the point of contact for interface-related matters, facilitating communication between various project teams and external stakeholders

  • Ensure all interface agreements and documentation are maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and implement an interface management strategy, processes and requirements to ensure effective design, procure and construct the project. Managing stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Identify potential interface risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns
  • Organize and lead interface workshops, meetings, and reviews to align all parties on project goals and deliverables
  • Monitor and report on interface-related risks, issues, and progress to senior leadership
  • Provide expert guidance on interface requirements, standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure technical compatibility and alignment across all project components
  • Identify, document, and resolve interface issues across design, construction, and operational phases

  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in interface and integration management, stakeholder leadership, community engagement or related fields, preferably in transport or large infrastructure projects
