Develop preliminary budgets, value management, preconstruction schedules, procurement plans, subcontractor prequalification, bid packages, and evaluate bids to present detailed work estimates and winning strategies
Develop and manage ownership groups/clients to build long‑term relationships and repeat work
Train and develop all preconstruction staff and support the Director of Preconstruction
Ensure estimate accuracy, review drawings, specifications and construction documents, and flag problems, information gaps, and risks in General and Supplementary Conditions

Generate and review Facilities General Conditions estimates with senior preconstruction leadership
