Develop programming framework to guide conceptual test-fits and design direction
Produce occupancy plan scenario reports comparing workplace options and impacts
Develop stack and block plans showing building/floor allocations by business groups
Design specialty space allocations and integrations
Provide project management oversight with weekly engagement status reports (ESRs)
Conduct regular project update meetings and coordinate with local Bangalore teams
Lead kick-off meetings with key stakeholders to establish project foundation
Synthesize space requirements and workplace standards into comprehensive workplace program
Create high-level conceptual test-fits representing various layout scenarios
Gather and analyze space and occupancy data for the new site

Competency 4: Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is required.
10-15 years of experience in corporate environment with experience in space/occupancy planning and space data management at a strategic level.
Competency 2: Proven experience in workplace strategy and space programming
Competency 3: Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Competency 5: Leadership and Motivation Skills
Available for travel, if required
Experience coordinating across international time zones
Competency 1: Client/ Stakeholder Relationship Management Skills
