Health & safety Advisor - Construction

Description

• Be a key player in ensuring the safety and well-being of our construction teams

Requirements

• Experience in the social housing, EWI, roofing, kitchen, or bathroom sectors
• Ability to conduct low-level site visits and support our current Health & Safety Advisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our construction teams
• Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, or a willingness to study for these qualifications
• Proficient in navigating documentation and accreditation portals, with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• A valid driver's license to facilitate site visits and travel as needed
• Couple of years of site experience, ideally with a background in construction or a related field
• Enjoy a hands-on, dynamic work environment where your initiative and problem-solving skills are highly valued
• Proactive mindset with a drive to identify and address safety concerns, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve
