- Experience in the social housing, EWI, roofing, kitchen, or bathroom sectors
- Ability to conduct low-level site visits and support our current Health & Safety Advisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our construction teams
- Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, or a willingness to study for these qualifications
- Proficient in navigating documentation and accreditation portals, with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license to facilitate site visits and travel as needed
- Couple of years of site experience, ideally with a background in construction or a related field
- Enjoy a hands-on, dynamic work environment where your initiative and problem-solving skills are highly valued
- Proactive mindset with a drive to identify and address safety concerns, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve
