You'll manage small to medium-sized projects, including new designs and repairs for existing structures. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, client interaction, and hands-on fieldwork.

Support litigation cases related to building systems.
Design remedial repairs for walls, roofs, and other systems.
Assist senior staff with design, site investigations, and documentation.
Participate in construction administration phases.
Conduct field testing for roofing, waterproofing, windows, and curtain walls.
Provide design consultation and construction support.
Investigate and resolve building envelope issues.
Mentor junior staff and review plans/specifications.
