Promote large to medium scale residential, mixed-use, employment and other infrastructure/Energy developments (both brownfield and greenfield) through the Local Development Framework and then by coordinating subsequent applications
Act as a mentor to junior colleagues
Develop client relationships, network and help to raise the office/team profile
Conduct research and site appraisals on projects for our client base
Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications of all sizes/types
Prepare planning and occasionally socio-economic statements
Prepare Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan representations
Co-ordinate internal and external project teams and project management/Quality Assurance
