  • Drive the people development strategy including location-based initiatives
  • Develop a multi-year roadmap for knowledge centered service across multiple knowledge management platforms, driving productivity and a consistent customer experience
  • With an outside-in approach, establish industry leading practices for creating and delivering agile and adaptive learning experiences that accelerate the transformation of our GTM skills, knowledge, and operational practices
  • Model the Equinix cultures and values
  • Challenge existing Enablement Services teams’ managed processes and learning experience tools based on industry best practice and trends to ensure Equinix is maintaining a best-in-class approach
  • Provide leadership and guidance for escalations to other GTM Ops and business stakeholders
  • Establish new ways to assess, grow and measure GTM skills and knowledge, aligned to core competencies and performance management practices, in order to accelerate GTM transformation
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs, content, and curriculum, establishing a consistent approach to translating insights into continuous improvement and opportunities for innovation
  • Own the relationship with senior executives across HR Org & Talent and DIO to propagate enablement best practices and insights across Equinix, as well as own relationship with the VP, Enablement to align on enablement strategies and priorities
  • Leverage AI-based tools and enablement platforms to transform the learning experience for greater effectiveness, productivity and business impact
  • Translate enablement program designs and desired business outcomes into effective learning experiences that drive and measure behavioral change
  • Lead two high performing teams of enablement professionals. One (Instructional design) focused on developing exceptional quality content to support high priority programs and learning initiatives and the other (platforms and services) which is focused on platforms and services needed to engage the learner in a delightful way
  • Responsible for putting in place a set of services which enable the global Enablement vision and strategy, for the highest priority roles across the CRO organization. This includes transforming how we enable, how we meet the learner where they are by investing in a technology led approach to improving engagement with an ever-distracted audience
  • Manage GTM Enablement Service teams’ performance by motivating, engaging, and providing coaching
  • Establish an operating model that optimizes tools and process to improve enablement quality, accelerate time to market for enablement programs, and achieve scale
