Job Role: The Investment Analyst will support the investment team by conducting thorough financial analysis, market research, and investment feasibility assessments within the real estate and hospitality sectors. The role requires high-level financial modelling, due diligence, and reporting to aid in investment decisions and strategic planning. This position will be outcome-driven and based on project requirements.

  • Perform investment feasibility studies, cash flow projections, and ROI/IRR analysis for ADG’s projects.
  • Monitor industry trends, macroeconomic data, and regulatory changes that may affect investment decisions.
  • Assist in conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks related to investment partners, vendors, or funding sources.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess risk and return profiles.
  • Develop, maintain, and update financial models and valuation reports using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable transactions, and other techniques.
  • Adhere to data protection and governance standards when handling sensitive financial data, investor reports, or client portfolios.
  • Monitor Legal & Regulatory Development - Up to date with the licensing, tax, foreign ownership rules, and requirements that may impact potential deals.
  • Collaborate with consultants, legal advisors, and operations teams to evaluate development or acquisition opportunities.
  • Participate in project reviews, site visits, and stakeholder meetings, as required.
  • Support the due diligence process by analyzing legal, financial, operational, and regulatory documents.
  • Identify, document, and escalate potential investment, operational, or reputational risks related to non-compliance.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance in terms of evaluation and financial models aligned with the local, regional, and international Laws & Regulations.
  • Conduct detailed market research, including trends in real estate and tourism/hospitality, demand-supply metrics, and competitor benchmarking.

  • Proven track record in evaluating hotel acquisitions, developments, or real estate projects.
  • - Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)
  • Fluent in English (mandatory - written and verbal) and Arabic is a plus.
  • At least one Professional Certification is mandatory
  • Strong Experience in Microsoft skills, Power Point, Clear Point and other system.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, real estate finance, or hospitality investment.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Investment, or a related field.
  • - Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
  • - CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Benefits
