Monitor tool kit forecasting to meet timely execution for tooling timeframe deliverables
Communicate any employee issues to management and/or project challenges.
Analyze data from tooling systems to identify areas of concern and communicates solutions/recommendations to stakeholders (ensuring others are keeping system up to date)
Communicate with management – updates on team and individual performance as necessary
Attend daily meetings to coordinate and communicate tooling scheduled activities
Manage stressful environment while maintaining professional demeanor
Communicate with team – daily schedule updates to team or at other intervals as necessary
Organize and lead daily tooling kit assignment discussions
Enter and maintain accurate tooling readiness data as part of daily activities (keeping system up to date related to kit readiness)
Generate reports on tooling production status to include kit tracking and kit execution
Organize resources and tasks to manage to a schedule
Provide forecasting recommendations regarding production needs and resources such as people, tooling and logistic
Proactively identify problems with work deliverables and recommend solutions
Utilize tooling systems in order to meet tooling demand (managing to system schedule)
May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved.
