Within the Americas Supply Chain Team (ASC), the new director will lead continuous‑improvement and lean‑transformation initiatives, establishing operating standards across planning, customer service, and distribution locations to translate operational gains into bottom‑line financial results.
Working remotely, the role focuses on creating a production system with consistent cadence, tiered meetings, and KPIs, designing methods to measure productivity, collaborating with stakeholders for agile processes, delivering training, and fostering a community of continuous‑improvement practitioners.
The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who embraces innovation, holds at least a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), brings seven or more years of supply‑chain experience—preferably with operational consulting background—and possesses strong project‑management skills; travel up to 20% of the time may be required.
