Description

• Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues.
• Adapting commercial strategies to maintain programme and protect margins.
• Manage commercial aspects of cladding and façade projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and managing variations, valuations, and final accounts.
• Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Working across cladding, roofing, glazing and insulation.
