Cuber Operator

Overview

Operate palletizing machinery, ensure quality control and maintain safety.

Key Responsibilities

• machine cleaning
• machine monitoring
• preventive maintenance
• quality inspection
• load/unload
• safety reporting

Tasks

-Report any unsafe conditions or defective equipment to the supervisor immediately -Clean machine components between production batches -Observe machine operation to detect packaging issues, packaged product quality issues, and machine malfunction -Maintain work area to maximize safety & efficiency -While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time -Utilize and wear required Personnel Protective Equipment and follow all safety regulations at all times -Load and unload products -Perform preventative maintenance on machinery -Assist in quality control by inspecting finished products
