- The Site Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain all Documentation on Equans Management Systems – AIMS / FIELDVIEW
- Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
- The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, directly influencing the company’s operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage the allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisation
- Manage Contractor Site Activities
- Deliver Regular Tool Box Talks
- The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and management of contracts within a defined area or project
- Complete Daily Quality Checks / Produce Snagging Lists
- Oversee the delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations

- SSSTS Qualification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card – Gold / White
- Experience in a supervisory role within the retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works or construction industry
- Sub-Contractor Inductions including Social Value Record
- NVQ L3/4 or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related field
- Complete Weekly Take 5 Check
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
- Proven ability to manage resources and coordinate on-site activities effectively
