Facility Coordinator

Description

In this role you will prioritize the facility’s needs and work with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations. You will ensure all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered, manage supplies and service contracts, and support continuous improvement of processes.

You will also help mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management and business continuity plans, and by addressing health‑and‑safety concerns. Budget monitoring, petty‑cash management and compliance with vendor invoice processes are additional responsibilities.

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations and administrative functions
• Manage supply inventories and service contracts
• Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning
• Monitor health and safety issues and ensure compliance
• Control budget, petty cash, and vendor invoice processing
• Conduct routine service audits and improve operational processes
• Achieve key performance metrics and service‑level agreements
• Prepare stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients
• Lead and develop the facilities team, rolling out improvement plans
• Maintain strong client relationships and address difficult issues promptly

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business, hotel or building management and has three to five years of facilities‑management experience, strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety, and a client‑centric mindset.

Proven team‑leadership, the ability to roll out improvement plans, and superior communication and reporting skills are essential. The position is onsite in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.
