Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports as needed
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with data entry and general ledger maintenance
Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation
Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Support accounts receivable functions as needed
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
Manage all vendor payments including online, checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.
Maintain vendor files and update vendor information in the accounting system
Process expense reports and employee reimbursements
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly/bi-weekly payment runs
