Conduct research on real estate properties, develop written and financial models and analyses, and prepare preliminary draft of work products.
Serve in a limited engagement management role including client interaction and relationship management support.
Support the preparation of proposals by assisting with scope definition, fee estimates, and timelines for client engagements.
Provide general support for other RTG engagements/initiatives including reviewing client’s portfolio of lease arrangements and providing feedback on process improvement opportunities, advisory services, and business development efforts.
Manage project workflows by tracking deadlines, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely completion of all valuation assignments.
Supervise valuation analysts by reviewing draft reports and ensuring all deliverables meet internal quality standards and industry best practices.

Previous experience with MS Excel, MS Word, CoStar (or similar market data platforms), ARGUS DCF/Rockport VAL, ValCRE, and related software platforms.
Previous experience in healthcare and/or real estate industries, consulting, and appraisal / valuation is preferred.
Excellent people and writing skills
Strong communicator
General Real Estate Appraiser license is required.
