The Installer role involves installing home remodeling products to Mad City’s standards, applying any necessary finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction through communication with management and a final checklist with the homeowner. The role also requires meticulous documentation and respect for the homeowner’s property.

• Install remodeling products following Mad City standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for each installation

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens, an established LLC or business, and the required workers’ comp and liability insurance, along with strong communication and customer‑service skills.
