Provide technical design solutions for construction including interior and exterior assemblies.
Producing technical design and contract documents in collaboration with project teams.
Assisting a dedicated site team and preparing documentation for contract administration.
Providing technical mentoring and leadership to less experienced technical staff.
Coordinating internal production teams.
Coordinating with project sub-consultants.
Working with senior team members to validate that designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines, code requirements and regulations.

Experience leading BIM projects
Ability to obtain Reliability and Secret level security clearance (mandatory).CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:
Professional registration in a provincial association dedicated to technologists will be considered an asset
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
Degree or diploma in architectural or building technology from a technical college
Experience with BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam is required
