The operative will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, covering both specialist and secondary trades. All work must be performed efficiently and completed within the required deadlines.
Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Multi‑Trade Operative with experience across several trades to deliver first‑class service to properties in Wisbech, March, Peterborough, Cambridge and surrounding areas.
Candidates must be reliable and experienced in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing, and demonstrate strong customer care. A valid UK driving licence is required as a company vehicle will be provided, and the post is subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
The role offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus benefits such as a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Peterborough & Cambridgeshire, works 40 hours per week on a permanent contract.
