Contribute to project deliverables, multi-tasking and working concurrently on different projects
Assist with aspects of measuring, quantifying and analyzing sounds, noise and vibration
Help in preparing project reports and presentations for clients
Work alongside SLR engineers and specialists, assisting with work in a variety of disciplines

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software
Comfort with both fieldwork and desk work
Experience with related software programs (i.e. SoundPlan, Cadna/A, CATT, INSUL and EASE) (a plus)
Willingness and ability to travel by airplane and car, including overnight travel
0-3 years of work experience in Engineering, Architecture, or Acoustical Consulting
Prior experience in architectural or industrial acoustics or engineering (a plus)
Valid driver’s license
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Physics
Demonstrated ability to learn and use design and engineering software
Willingness to work across SLR teams on environmental, industrial, and other engineering related projects, as needed
INCE Bd. Cert., LEED, AIA, and/or PE certification or pathway (a plus)
Excellent time management, communication, and analytical skills
Understanding of acoustics and/or acoustics instrumentation (a plus)
