10 years or more of relevant experience in the natural resources sector in Canada, preferably in a consulting environment.
The ability to inspire, mentor, motivate, and build respect among colleagues, fostering a cohesive work environment.
Experience seeing major projects from planning through construction.
Time management skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects and meet project deadlines.
Degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Geography, Biology/Ecology, or a related field.
High level of initiative and problem solving and adaptability.
Financial literacy and understanding of managing budgets and schedules.
Strong understanding and consideration for safety.
An interest or experience in Project Management is an asset
