Drives adoption of digital tools, automation, and analytics to improve planning accuracy and decision speed.
Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices in compliance with regulatory agencies and Company policy.
Prepares monthly and quarterly production plans and inventory targets.
Develops inventory strategies that support working capital goals and align with customer service objectives.
Leads the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning production capacity, inventory targets, and customer demand.
Analyzes production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and inform capacity planning decisions.
Oversees MRP processes, material planning, and production scheduling to optimize resource utilization and on-time delivery.
Partners with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to balance production efficiency, inventory health, and service levels.

Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in production planning and/or supply chain optimization, with 3+ years in people management.
Strong analytical thinking combined with supply chain and manufacturing knowledge.
Ability to lead change, influence various audiences, and build organizational awareness.
Proficient in change management, strategic planning, team development, and cross-functional influence.
ERP/MRP expertise (SAP preferred), demand and capacity planning, S&OP, and data analytics.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
