Delivering clear, accurate and coordinated models that integrate smoothly with electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines.
Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction, ensuring model accuracy, constructability and alignment with BIM standards.
Using Revit & autocad to model ICT and AV systems, including communications infrastructure, structured cabling, security systems, distributed audio/visual systems, and digital technology networks.
Assisting in the development and refinement of BIM workflows to improve digital delivery outcomes across projects.
Contributing to digital coordination meetings, clash detection processes, and model quality reviews.
Work on high-tech, future-focused projects involving complex ICT networks and advanced audiovisual systems.
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment with strong national and international client networks.

Attention to detail: A strong eye for documentation quality, coordination and model integrity.
Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work closely with engineers, architects and clients.
Experience: 3-5+ years as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services, ideally with exposure to ICT, AV, communications or electrical systems.
Knowledge: Understanding of ICT/AV systems and communications infrastructure within buildings is advantageous.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD or BIM360 is highly desirable.
