You will deliver the Group’s fleet strategy for roughly 200 vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement. The role focuses on safety, cost‑effectiveness and sustainability, using data analysis to spot trends and recommend enhancements.
The ideal candidate has proven fleet‑management experience for a similar‑sized fleet, expertise in developing strategies around EV adoption and sustainability, and strong procurement and supplier‑management skills. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities, advanced IT skills, a clean driving licence (including long‑wheelbase vans) and basic mechanical knowledge.
Fleet Operations Business Partner – £37,750 per annum plus benefits, based in Bath with a hybrid model (three days on‑site). This permanent, 37‑hour week role provides a comprehensive fleet management service supporting the delivery of Homes for Good.
