Develop and implement strategic plans for the Brownfields division, aligning with overall company goals and objectives
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile projects and clients
Oversee multiple large-scale brownfield redevelopment projects simultaneously
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Develop and manage the division's budget
Develop and deliver presentations to clients, regulators, and community groups
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, engineers, and scientists
Develop and implement project management processes and best practices
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Develop and implement strategies to grow the division's revenue and market share
Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across projects
Identify new business opportunities and expand the division's market presence
