Customer Engagement Specialist

Description

• Serve as the primary trusted contact for customers, delivering personalized assistance throughout their solar journey.
• Anticipate and proactively address customer needs with tailored solutions.
• Resolve escalated or complex issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Manage accounts, negotiate and de‑escalate situations to maintain trust and confidence.
• Provide accurate, timely responses and employ creative problem‑solving for a seamless experience.
• Conduct regular account reviews and recommend products or services to enhance the solar experience.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Possess 2–3 years of experience in customer service, experience management, or related fields.
• Prior energy or solar experience is preferred but not required; account management experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, G Suite, DocuSign, Salesforce, and able to learn new systems quickly.
