Responsible for the preparation of proposals, responses to RFP(s) and marketing and business development
Demonstrate strengths, experience, and drive to: effectively lead, challenge, and inspire staff toward enhanced technical development, while promoting best practices and standards of quality
Support preparing standard documents, such as technical specification and documentation, and engineering reports
Assist with site investigations as part of an inspection team
Assists Project Managers to ensure that the scope of work is fulfilled, and that the contracted deliverables go out on schedule and as budgeted
Assist in the preparation of plans, designs, calculations, and cost estimates
Be an engaged leader, actively coach and support the career development of the engineering staff and take personal responsibility for employee retention and recruitment.

Familiarity with sound engineering and safe diving principles
ADCI or equivalent Dive Certification, Dive Supervisor certification preferred
