Assist with Diagnosing and resolving issues with various plant systems and equipment, including dryers, mixers, conveyors, and control systems.
Assist with Operating plant equipment to test and ensure proper functioning after repairs, and potentially operating other equipment like forklifts or manlifts.
Assist with Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts, including conveyor belts, screens, wear parts, and pumps.
Following safety procedures, maintaining records of repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends as needed.
Welding and Fabrication: Proficiency in welding, cutting, and fabricating.
Must be physically capable of lifting and placing large components.
Must be able to lift and carry from floor level to waist level and push/pull objects with similar force.
Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with other plant personnel and supervisors.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills: Ability to identify and diagnose malfunctions and take appropriate corrective action.
Must be able to lift 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, with a thorough understanding of plant equipment and systems.
Equipment Operation: Ability to operate various plant equipment and machinery.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
There is significant noise, vibration and heat which is intermittent but may cause hearing loss and bodily harm.
Must be capable of climbing silos, aggregate bins and conveyor buildings and perform tasks at these heights.
Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to work safely in a plant environment.
