Adhere strictly to jobsite and company safety procedures, including OSHA requirements and job hazard analyses.
Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accuracy in fabrication and field installation.
Install, repair, or modify metal components in the field, ensuring structural integrity and alignment.

Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
Ability to pass a weld test (structural or pipe, depending on project requirements).

Proficiency with SMAW, FCAW, MIG, and TIG (TIG preferred on stainless or specialty work).
Demonstrated experience performing high-quality welds on structural steel and piping.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
3–5+ years of welding experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with general contractors, trade partners, and internal teams.
Familiarity with OSHA construction safety practices; OSHA-10 preferred.
Experience with field installation, rigging fundamentals, and cutting equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the field.
