Over 10 years of relevant experience within Fire Engineering.
Demonstrable technical fire engineering experience with the ability to manage remote teams.
Ideally the successful candidate should have a recognised Fire Safety Engineering degree or suitable alternative qualification.
A credible influencer and presenter with excellent communication and reporting skills
Demonstrable, relevant 'hands-on’ professional experience within fire engineering design and Significant experience of applying fire engineering in the design of various buildings.
Commercial awareness with good P&L skills
A solid understanding of international fire engineering principles and standards, including NFPA and interaction with insurance companies would be advantages.
Ability to effectively manage resources to deliver project responsibilities on time, and to expectations
Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Knowledge of the UK market and approvals process.
Experience of developing strong relationships with business development and marketing to formulate and implement strategies for continued growth and market awareness
Project experience within the commercial, residential, government and healthcare markets is also advantageous.
