Associate Fire Engineer

Description

Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience within Fire Engineering.
• Demonstrable technical fire engineering experience with the ability to manage remote teams.
• Ideally the successful candidate should have a recognised Fire Safety Engineering degree or suitable alternative qualification.
• A credible influencer and presenter with excellent communication and reporting skills
• Demonstrable, relevant 'hands-on’ professional experience within fire engineering design and Significant experience of applying fire engineering in the design of various buildings.
• Commercial awareness with good P&L skills
• A solid understanding of international fire engineering principles and standards, including NFPA and interaction with insurance companies would be advantages.
• Ability to effectively manage resources to deliver project responsibilities on time, and to expectations
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the UK market and approvals process.
• Experience of developing strong relationships with business development and marketing to formulate and implement strategies for continued growth and market awareness
• Project experience within the commercial, residential, government and healthcare markets is also advantageous.
