Manage all accounts payable data entry and maintain efficient invoice workflows.
Assist with intercompany accounting, including preparation and settlement of transactions.
Record all bank activity in accounting system.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Own day-to-day transactional accounting for corporate entities, including cash activity, payroll and benefits entries, accounts payable, credit card transactions, fixed assets, and other GL functions.
Participate in the annual financial audit and provide supporting documentation.
Support the monthly close process, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Prepare accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations.
Support corporate compliance requirements (e.g., 1099 reporting, personal property tax filings).

Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum ERP.
Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
