Manage the procurement schedule for the project.
Work with management on planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety and coordination of subcontractors and internal technical and support staff
Manage labor reporting for the project.
Oversight and final preparation of the monthly pay application for submission to the client.
Develop and maintain the project schedule using the Critical Path Method (CPM) as well as linear scheduling techniques.
Participate in project decisions regarding cost and schedule.
Interface with client management and coordinate project control with other related programs.
Manage subcontractor contracts and payments, and payment applications to the client.
Assist in preparation and maintenance of the project Schedule of Values.
