

Providing turnkey industrial construction, maintenance, fabrication and rigging services for energy and materials sectors.
Functional duties may include digging, spreading, and leveling dirt and gravel; lifting, carrying, and handling building materials, tools, and supplies; cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas; mixing, spreading, or pouring concrete, asphalt, or gravel; joining, wrapping, and sealing pipe sections; and performing various non‑machine tasks such as removing forms, filling expansion joints, and placing culvert sections. Workers may stay on one job or be transferred between tasks as the project progresses.
Candidates must pass a mandatory DISA background check, a DISA drug screen, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess a TWIC card. Additional qualification standards include a written pre‑employment test, a post‑offer drug/alcohol screen, a physical evaluation, and a background check.
Physical requirements involve climbing ladders and scaffolds, maintaining balance, reaching in all directions, coordinating hand‑eye movements, lifting 50‑100 lb from ground, waist, or overhead levels, and extensive standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Vision and hearing with or without correction are also required.
Mental requirements include following set procedures and written or oral directions, knowledge of federal, state, and company regulations, reading and writing proficiency, recognizing and reporting safety hazards, interpreting plans and blueprints, applying basic math, planning work, selecting tools, visualizing diagrams, effective communication, teamwork, learning new tasks, maintaining focus, staying calm under pressure, managing time across multiple projects, and ensuring consistent compliance with directions.
