Manage the full contract lifecycle intake, review, approval, execution, amendments, and closeout.
Coordinate with Legal to address risk and ensure compliance.
Serve as the point of contact for contract inquiries and guidance.
Ensure execution strategies are aligned with project and company goals.
Draft and review contracts (vendor, subcontracts, service agreements, land leases, etc.).
Maintain contract tracking systems and document repositories.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Experience using contract lifecycle management software preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in contracts management (construction or project-based industries preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Construction Management, or related field.
