Collaborate closely with the onsite Chubb team and client to meet customer objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert in PSIM, access control and CCTV systems.
Maintain and service existing and future security systems onsite.
Provide technical support for Access Control, CCTV, and PSIM systems globally
Design and implement access configurations for new installations and system variations.
Liaise with client security managers to ensure system updates and data accuracy.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling tools.
Experience with security system installation and programming (preferred).
PowerShell experience (advantageous).
On Call (1 in 5)
General networking knowledge (routers, VLANs, QoS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with enterprise software support (SQL, Windows, IIS).
Strong customer service orientation.
Organized, accurate, and efficient.
