As a Mid‑Level Architect you will develop presentation materials, create schematic design, design development, and contract documents using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and renderings, while managing construction administration within budget, schedule, and program requirements.
Working under a Project Manager, you will investigate, evaluate, and develop design solutions, coordinate with consultants and QA/QC teams, assign tasks to team members, and ensure accurate, thorough documentation for large, complex projects.
- Develop presentation materials and create schematic, design development, and contract documents using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and renderings
- Perform construction administration activities within established budget, schedule, and program requirements
- Investigate, evaluate, and develop design solutions under direction of Project Manager, ensuring design and document accuracy
- Coordinate with consultants, internal/external team members, and QA/QC teams to provide technical insight and support the Project Manager
- Assign tasks to team members, manage concept design options, and deliver project deliverables on schedule
- Provide professional consultation in planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects

The role requires a minimum of five years of architectural or construction experience and a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture school.
