Assistant Parts Advisor

Description

• Greet customers and provide professional counter service support.
• Assist in advising customers on correct part numbers, pricing, and availability.
• Support customers with guidance on the use and care of parts, including specialized products and services.
• Prepare parts estimates, quotations, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
• Follow credit terms and credit sales procedures as per Parts Dealers Network guidelines.
• Learn and apply Parts Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and delivery timelines for customers and technicians.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records for effective stock control and follow‑up.
• Operate computerized inventory management and re‑ordering systems.
• Prepare and follow up on Loss Sales Reports.
• Assist the parts team in maintaining accessories displays.
• Coordinate with the Ordering/Inventory Section for parts requests, lead times, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working area.
• Support achievement of assigned KPIs, including Net Sales Revenue targets.

• Education: Diploma or Certification in Material Management.
• Certification: Relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
• Skills & Abilities: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred. Strong computer literacy with experience in computerized warehouse and inventory systems. Good customer service, communication, and coordination skills. Telephone and computer handling skills required.
