- Weekly Replenishment Planning for customer and Rough-cut Production Req. Planning for monthly production
- Managing conflicts situation
- Maintain Zero detention & demurrage cost
- Improve order to cash cycle
- Supply planning and Strategic Inventory maintenance
- Weekly demand variance analysis and pro-active actions to avoid supply disruption
- Achieve 100% customer supply matrix parameter with effective supply planning
- Minimize overdue order quantity
- In case of quality rejection, co-ordination between sales, warehouse team and quality team.
- Developing Excel based automated tools for supply chain operations
- Dispatch planning and warehouse team co-ordination in case of issue
- Identify supply chain improvement areas as a part of continuous improvement process
- OEM projects related sample tire fulfillment, tires size plant transition (Israel to India).
- Maintenance of customer specific supply chain metrics parameters
- Safety stock calculation and maintenance for EU OEM WHs (10 WHs)
- Developing excel based automation tools for other functions as well as for day today working for quick, easy and effective usage of data.
